Job Summary
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
📍4-6 years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably at least some in a startup or high-growth environment 📍Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Technical experience with Dayforce 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 📍Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 📍Bias toward action, but an ability to acknowledge and fix mistakes quickly 📍Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach 📍Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
