Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Support and provide guidance for variety of HR-related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies 📍Assure accuracy/completeness of employee data and own our HRIS 📍Review, update and maintain HR services documentations and processes with a focus on continued improvement 📍Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes 📍Schedule, conduct and document interviews to ensure that the candidate screening process is followed effectively 📍Manage all vacancies and candidates within the agreed process and timescales 📍Support other members of the team as required
What makes a good candidate
📍Must be located in the EMEA region 📍Relevant experience in human resources/people operations 📍Proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills 📍Experience with ATS (ideally Ashby) and HRIS (ideally Bob) 📍Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks 📍A clear sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for tasks 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders 📍A high level of discretion and confidentiality to handle confidential data 📍Willingness to quickly and successfully embrace and adapt change 📍Willingness to learn and grow within the role
