Job Summary

Responsibilities:

📍HR Administration: 📍Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems (e.g., Bob, Personio etc). 📍Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and status changes. 📍Assist with HR compliance requirements in the UK, France and Singapore including employment law and regulations. 📍Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. 📍Payroll Processing: 📍Prepare and process payroll for employees in the UK, France, Singapore and Deel ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. 📍Verify timesheets, commissions, bonuses, and other payroll-related data. 📍Collaborate with external payroll providers to resolve issues and ensure timely payroll processing. 📍Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist with payroll reporting as needed. 📍Employee Relations: 📍Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. 📍Assist with resolving employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions. 📍Support managers with performance management processes and documentation. 📍Compliance and Reporting: 📍Stay -to-date with UK, French and Singaporean employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance. 📍Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings related to HR and payroll (e.g., tax filings, social security contributions). 📍Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed. 📍Process Improvement: 📍Identify, develop, and implement streamlined HR and payroll processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, documenting SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 📍2.5+ years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing, preferably in an international environment. 📍Knowledge of HR and payroll regulations and practices in France. 📍Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP) and payroll software (e.g., Payfit). 📍Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 📍Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 📍Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Full proficiency in both English and French languages
