šEvolve the organizational design and capability of key areas of the business, ensuring clarity of business needs, identifying opportunities for evolution, and deploying effective workforce planning and talent development solutions. šImprove department-level organizational health, culture, and performance by setting critical goals, executing key initiatives, defining cultural strengths, while optimizing organizational performance. šIncrease managerial and leadership talent density through the development of a roadmap for manager capability and bench, identification of management development actions, and the rollout of management-specific programs, in partnership with COEs šEnable broader people priorities by successfully implementing key people programs, supporting the re-education of leaders and employees, and partnering with COEs to provide input on program design. šDrive stakeholder management and partner effectively with senior leaders to resolve issues, build relationships, and ensure the success of HR initiatives.
Requirements
š7+ years of experience in HRBP roles šDemonstrated success in HR functional areas and partnership with COEs, including talent management, organizational design, total rewards, employee relations, organizational health, and program management. šHRBP experience in the tech industry, preferably with a globally distributed workforce. šStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with senior leaders, including Senior Directors and above. šStrong understanding of labor laws in the Americas with exposure to global regions. šExperience in scaling and differentiating people programs to align with business needs/strategy. šExperience with change management and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment. šDeep experience partnering with highly skilled employee populations and competitive labor markets.
