Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

šŸ“Drive revenue strategy, activation & optimization to exceed goals šŸ“Manage day-to-day relationship with the key external and internal stakeholders with an eye towards identifying growth opportunities and/or potential risks to business šŸ“Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, data science, product and strategy to deliver partnership success and resolve issues šŸ“Build internal processes to streamline workflows šŸ“Deliver weekly updates for senior leadership šŸ“Lead internal and external cross functional calls and QBRs
šŸ“Track, measure and communicate program performance to internal and external stakeholders šŸ“Drive success toward KPIs, and exceed revenue targets

Qualifications

Like us, youā€™ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay. šŸ“5+ years experience on partner facing, revenue driving teams managing high growth, platform partner relationships šŸ“Experience working with eCommerce Apps and Gift Cards šŸ“Understands analytical and quantitative levers used by our merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders šŸ“Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets šŸ“Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships via email and virtual calls šŸ“Excellent organizational & time management skills šŸ“Self-motivated, competitive individual with the ability to work fast & smart šŸ“High level of enthusiasm and energy šŸ“Proactive, curious individual who is full of grit and loves to find solutions to problems, rather than avoiding them
