You will be expected to "own the room" during meetings, confidently steering discussions towards actionable outcomes. šŸ“Deeply Understand Web3 Game Partner Pain Points: Invest time in understanding the specific challenges and pain points of each partner. šŸ“Develop a keen insight into their needs and translate these into targeted strategies and solutions that address their unique circumstances. šŸ“Lead Narrative & Solution-Oriented Discussions: Manage the narrative for individual games and the entire Ronin ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategies. Act as a lead problem solver, driving conversations toward solutions that mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. šŸ“Manage a Portfolio of Games: Oversee and drive the growth of a diverse portfolio of Web3 games launching on Ronin. Ensure each game receives tailored support, leveraging best practices and strategies to maximize their success on the platform. šŸ“Coordinate Across Subteams: Work synergistically with the social, content, and creator subteams within the Growth department and more to ensure cohesive and effective execution of growth strategies. šŸ“Your ability to coordinate and harmonize efforts across these teams is essential to driving positive outcomes. šŸ“Inform and Drive Incentive Design: Play a critical role in shaping incentive programs, collaborating closely with partners to ensure these incentives align with their business goals and drive meaningful engagement and traffic. šŸ“Playbook Development & Best Practices: Build and refine playbooks that adapt to the rapidly changing Web3 environment. Understand and navigate the balance between Web2 and Web3 monetization models, and develop strategies that are robust against market externalities. šŸ“Scenario planning and maneuvering through different market conditions are key to driving sustained partner success.
