Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šConduct market research on the roleās geographical responsibilities šEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements. šOversee daily operations, ensuring they align with company goals. šImplement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery. šStreamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. šManage the end-to-end process of contract negotiation, drafting, and execution. šEnsure a culture of collaboration and innovation. Lead by example in promoting an inclusive environment where diverse ideas and perspectives are valued. šReview and analyse contractual agreements to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with company objectives. šAct as Telcoin main point of contact to all operations in Africa and a liaison with different stakeholders, including regulators, central banks, partners and customers.
Qualifications:
šA bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; šMBA or equivalent is preferred. šAt least 3-5 years of experience in operations, finance, or strategic roles. šExcellent problem-solving, and negotiation skills. šExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaborative teamwork. šExperience in start-ups and Fintechs is highly advantageous.
