Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary documents šŸ“Operations Management: Assist with the coordination and management of daily operational activities, ensuring efficient and effective workflows. šŸ“Human Resources: Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. šŸ“Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. šŸ“Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. šŸ“Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, facilitating effective communication and information flow. šŸ“Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for executives.

Who You Are:

šŸ“We are looking for individuals who: šŸ“Have proven experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a tech or startup environment. šŸ“Have excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. šŸ“Have proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with HRIS and project management tools. šŸ“Have Proactive Attitude: Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision. šŸ“Have Discretion: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
