Responsibilities:

📍Support the reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) at both product line and divisional levels. 📍Review assigned account queues, assess account legitimacy and risk level, and apply appropriate restrictions or dismissals based on findings. 📍Continuously monitor cases and reports to identify emerging trends, and proactively report findings to management. 📍Detect and investigate unusual account activities to prevent or stop suspicious transactions. 📍Contact account holders to verify activities and mitigate potential losses.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline. 📍Knowledge or experience in cryptography is a plus. 📍Strong decision-making skills, particularly in discretionary, research-based evaluations. 📍Ability to handle multiple queues and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating urgency and thorough follow-through. 📍Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools and technologies. 📍Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. 📍Experience or knowledge in SQL/Datawind is a plus.
