Job Summary

Office Management

๐Ÿ“ Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies and facility management. ๐Ÿ“ Manage corporate lease and condo-related needs, coordinating with property managers/landlords. ๐Ÿ“ Handle monthly account maintenance for utilities, rentersโ€™ insurance, and corporate cleaning services. ๐Ÿ“ Coordinate furniture and home supplies orders, including move-related tasks and clean-up. ๐Ÿ“ Manage catering, lunch orders, and office meal coordination. ๐Ÿ“ Maintain kitchen operations, including cleaning and turnover of food and beverages. ๐Ÿ“Set up and tear down for meetings, including A/V equipment, furniture arrangement, and post-meeting clean-up. ๐Ÿ“ Coordinate guest travel, hotel arrangements, and invites via Navan. ๐Ÿ“ Ensure guest email access and IT coordination. ๐Ÿ“ Arrange catering, including delivery, setup, and cleanup. ๐Ÿ“ Prepare swag bags for visitors and new employees. ๐Ÿ“Provide office orientation and act as a point of contact for visiting employees.

Supporting the Founderโ€™s Executive Assistants

๐Ÿ“ Research and coordinate personal and business travel. ๐Ÿ“ Assist with organizing and consolidating folders, receipts, and financial records. ๐Ÿ“ Research and coordinate house management services (e.g., contractors, maintenance). ๐Ÿ“ Schedule appointments, track follow-ups, and maintain historical records. ๐Ÿ“ Support condo needs, including liaising with property managers. ๐Ÿ“ Run errands for personal and professional tasks. ๐Ÿ“ Manage restaurant reservations and prepare for specific dietary needs. ๐Ÿ“ Prepare snacks and meals in the office.
