Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, fully stocked, and well-organized; 📍Order stationery, necessary office equipment, and furniture, manage and maintain high standards office space and facilities; 📍Manage relationships with vendors, and service providers, negotiate, and control of their service; 📍Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of employees ; 📍Responsible for the business trips process across the organization; 📍Keep and manage work safety records (health books, training on fire safety, first aid); 📍Collect and manage invoices – collaborate with the finance team; 📍Assist with employee well-being programs, organize company events and teambuildings.
Requirements
📍A proactive attitude and positive energy: you are willing to take on any task and help wherever needed; 📍Excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English; 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills; Attentiveness and creativity with an ability to suggest improvements; 📍Experience with business trip process organization; 📍Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications; 📍Ability to work on-site (full-time).
