Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Learn, end to end, about Bitpanda’s products, services and business domain, and apply your learnings from your study in a real-world situation. 📍Provide world-class service to Bitpanda’s customers, handling customer requests promptly and professionally via email and live chat, building up long-term value for the company while increasing customer satisfaction. 📍Dive deep into user feedback to identify key product and feature requests and liaise internally with teams to provide insights and drive solutions alongside your mentor. 📍Continuously strive to identify opportunities to improve how Bitpanda can excel at supporting its customers. 📍Develop strong relationships with other departments and build an effective network to collaborate on increasing customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
Who you are
📍A solution-oriented bachelor or master's degree student in a relevant domain like Computer Science, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc. looking for part-time work (16+ hours p/w) alongside your study. 📍Flexible and adaptable to keep pace with an ever-changing environment, available to work different shift patterns and weekends around your study. 📍Excellent at verbal and written communication – both English and German, French or Italian. 📍Passionate about investing, technology, sales, marketing, customer experience and so much more!
