Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤBuilding reusable components for our React Native consumer app đź“ŤProviding input during feature planning sessions, throughout development, during and after shipping features (end-to-end ownership of features) đź“ŤWorking closely with other engineers on architecting scalable, performant features for end-users đź“ŤOffering technical and interpersonal mentorship to engineers across the horizontal đź“ŤLeading various tooling and process improvements worth adopting đź“ŤLeading any opportunities for refactoring code to be more performant and/or maintainable đź“ŤParticipating in rotating common duties like bug fixing, release cycles, on-call rotations etc
Requirements
📍3+ years of mobile development experience using react native and typescript 📍An entrepreneurial spirit with a can do attitude and a relentless passion for collaboration and creative thinking 📍No ego, a goal-oriented design enthusiast who both pro-actively seeks and provides constructive feedback with confidence 📍You’re incredibly passionate about building high fidelity user experience with modern frontend frameworks and Typescript 📍You have a high bar for code quality and maintainability, write performant, clean code using engineering best practices, and encourage these habits and standards across the engineering horizontal 📍Experience in all phases of testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) 📍You have strong communication skills and are focused on solving the problem at hand 📍You have a strong interest in mentorship, learning, and growth 📍You have a strong product mindset, and care deeply about how end-users interact with features 📍You thrive in a fast-paced environment 📍You’re passionate about the consumer Metaverse/fintech space, and have an interest in making users’ lives better and more rewarding
