Key Responsibilities

📍Ensure data integrity across all miner-related systems and databases across multiple mining sites. 📍Maintain, audit, and correct discrepancies in operational data within miner management platforms. 📍Collaborate with site teams to ensure miner configuration and firmware information is accurate and consistently updated. 📍Support firmware deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting across the fleet. 📍Interface with miner management systems to ensure alignment with firmware status and operational parameters. 📍Monitor mining pool configurations and help troubleshoot pool connectivity or share submission issues. 📍Collaborate closely with the firmware development team to report field issues and assist with testing new firmware features. 📍Generate reports and logs detailing system health, miner status, and data consistency metrics. 📍Additional duties as assigned. 📍This role requires professionalism, respect, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

📍3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency mining operations, with a focus on miner fleet management and firmware handling. 📍Deep familiarity with miner management systems, mining pools, and ASIC miner firmware. 📍Experience managing large-scale mining operations across multiple sites. 📍Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in identifying data anomalies and operational inconsistencies. 📍Working knowledge of networking and hardware fundamentals related to miner operation. 📍Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Comfortable working in high-uptime, production-critical environments.
