Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage various priorities effectively. šProvide realistic estimates for tasks. šReport into various program workstreams on progress and issues. šConfigure and customize Dynamics CRM 2016 to meet business requirements. šEnsure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all custom development work. šConduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high-quality code standards. šWrite and optimize SQL queries to manipulate and extract data from the CRM database. šUnderstand, support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams. šProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Requirements:
šStrong knowledge in Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customization, including plugin development, custom workflow activity development, JavaScript, and business rules. šAdherence to best practices and coding standards in custom development. šProficiency in SQL queries and SSIS package development using KingswaySoft to resolve data issues. šExperience with Dynamics CRM integration with both legacy and modern systems using batch jobs or APIs (an added advantage). šProficiency in relevant programming languages such as C#, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and the .NET framework. šThe ability to understand, support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.
