Job Summary
Technical expertise
šKeep up with business requirements and concerns across the community and internal teams. šMaintain high product quality as well as engineering quality. šProvide recommendations for innovative solutions to stakeholdersā requests. šAssist in the architecture and design of distributed protocols with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability. šWriting, deploying, and testing smart contracts and maintaining them in production. šCollaborate with engineering, product, and design on the user-facing applications built around our smart contract protocols. šStay updated with the latest Solidity releases, developer tooling, and exploits.
Teamwork activities
šWork with other team members and departments to process tasks with clear direction and deliverables. šCollect feedback along with accelerating performance and providing coaching/training for team members to ensure the memberās development.
Education
šAt least a BSc./BA. in Computer Science, Software šEngineering/ Information Technology, or experience in related fields.
Experiences
š1+ years of experience in smart contract development. šBasic knowledge in designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-traffic smart contracts is required. šBasic knowledge of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and other EVM-compatible networks. šCan collaborate in English with other teams.
