Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Oversee the creation, approval, and deployment of campaign assets, including trailers, key art, social content, and all marketing visuals and videos. 📍Responsible for receiving and tracking art requests from multiple teams, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. 📍QC all assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards. 📍Act as the central point of contact for in-house creative teams, marketing, production and external partners. 📍Organize regular creative reviews with development teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and approvals. 📍Support the team with logistics coordination for all art/game/marketing assets. 📍Work with department leads to align creative outputs with Seedworld's strategic goals. 📍Coordinate the flow of information between departments regarding deadlines, assignments and priorities on a daily and weekly process. 📍Source, manage approvals and maintain all marketing store assets and copy across Steam/ Epic stores. 📍Provide on-demand support for senior leadership requests for assets for special events, investor meetings, or media coverage. 📍Ensure all last-minute requests are met without compromising quality or timelines. 📍Manage post-production vendors, including sourcing, bidding, and contractual processes. 📍Source in-game assets in collaboration with game producers and licensors. 📍Work with licensing teams to manage compositions and usage rights.
Proven Experience:
📍Demonstrated success in content production for games, creative studios, or digital media companies. 📍Experience producing high-impact marketing assets, preferably in gaming or Web3 industries. 📍Skilled in managing production workflows using tools like Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Notion or similar platforms. 📍Exceptional ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities. 📍Ability to provide editorial feedback to align assets with brand vision and quality standards. 📍Knowledge of gaming trends, NFT ecosystems, and Web3 content strategies is a strong plus. 📍Familiarity with content production workflows, localization processes, and post-production tools.
