Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

📍Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions. 📍Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency law. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. 📍Experience with intellectual property law, data privacy law, and contract law. 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
