Job Summary
Your Day-to-Day
šDevelop, optimize, and execute a lead generation strategy that drives pipeline and creates sustainable revenue at scale. šDemonstrate strategic thinking and partnership with Sales to ensure continued alignment and enablement. šAnalyze transaction information, to identify trends in the data and propose new omni channel campaigns that will drive more revenue to the company. šDrive the development of new targeting models and approaches to optimize and scale our global lead generation machine. šEnsure a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate / meaningful reporting for all campaigns. šHave a strong understanding of the underlying CRM architecture and processes to aid in decision making. šWeekly collaboration with Database Marketing team and stakeholders around active campaigns and review/escalate on quality feedback. šDeliver high level results using data from lead generation and lead qualification dashboards & reporting. šEnsure you are coaching, developing, and communicating with your team routinely and effectively.
What You Need to Succeed
šExtensive experience in B2B lead generation experience with global experience preferred. šStrong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies. šDemonstrated understanding of commercial data and how to leverage that to drive quality sales ready leads and opportunities. šCreative problem solver who can design solutions from qualitative and quantitative data. šOperational understanding (or willingness to learn) of sales processes and business operating mode. šSolid experience / expertise with SQL, and statistical languages like R or Python. šDeep knowledge in relevant technologies: Salesforce, Teradata, Eloqua, JIRA, Excel. šAbility to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment and thrive in an unstructured environment.
