While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration strategies šŸ“Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies in all payroll and HR operations šŸ“Oversee external payroll providers and manage end-to-end payroll processes with high accuracy and timeliness šŸ“Design and manage reward, bonus, and incentive systems aligned with business goals šŸ“Monitor market trends to build and maintain competitive salary and benefits structures šŸ“Manage core HR processes and documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, internal orders, and policies šŸ“Support the digitalization of compensation and HR operations through effective use of HRIS and analytics tools šŸ“Collaborate closely with internal teams and senior leadership to provide strategic input and resolve HR-related inquiries efficiently šŸ“Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, ensuring continued compliance and proactive risk management šŸ“Foster a seamless and engaging employee experience through operational excellence in HR service delivery

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field šŸ“Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration šŸ“Strong knowledge of HR processes, especially payroll, time management, and employee records management šŸ“Demonstrated experience in HR documentation and compliance practices šŸ“Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with HRIS and compensation tools šŸ“Solid understanding of labor law compliance and payroll systems
