Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop, implement, and continuously improve the companyās compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration strategies šEnsure full compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies in all payroll and HR operations šOversee external payroll providers and manage end-to-end payroll processes with high accuracy and timeliness šDesign and manage reward, bonus, and incentive systems aligned with business goals šMonitor market trends to build and maintain competitive salary and benefits structures šManage core HR processes and documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, internal orders, and policies šSupport the digitalization of compensation and HR operations through effective use of HRIS and analytics tools šCollaborate closely with internal teams and senior leadership to provide strategic input and resolve HR-related inquiries efficiently šStay up to date with changes in labor laws, ensuring continued compliance and proactive risk management šFoster a seamless and engaging employee experience through operational excellence in HR service delivery
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field šMinimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration šStrong knowledge of HR processes, especially payroll, time management, and employee records management šDemonstrated experience in HR documentation and compliance practices šProficient in MS Excel and experienced with HRIS and compensation tools šSolid understanding of labor law compliance and payroll systems
