Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šME Launchpad Mint Setup: Ensure the seamless setup of ME (Mint Experience) Launchpad mints to guarantee a defect-free experience for users. This involves leveraging basic knowledge of various blockchain technologies and proficiency in programming tools such as Github and Linux command line tools šPartner Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with Launchpad (LP) partners to facilitate their mint setup for success. šProvide dedicated support and guidance to partners throughout the onboarding process and continue to offer assistance until the completion of their mint. šProblem Solving: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle novel situations that may arise during the minting process. Maintain composure during high-stress periods and efficiently resolve any difficulties or challenges encountered, ensuring a smooth and successful minting experience for all parties involved. šCollaborate with other team members to ensure all operational initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently šManage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant documents to ensure the smooth running of operations šAssist in the development and implementation of new operational processes, policies, and procedures šMonitor user feedback and suggest changes to improve the user experience. šPerform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
šStrong understanding of blockchain technologies and proficiency in Github and Linux command line tools šActive participation in the NFT communityā you live and breathe NFTs šStrong understanding of blockchain technology šA genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional service šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills šStrong organizational skills and attention to detail šTech-savvy and comfortable using various software and online platforms šExperience in database management, data analysis, and spreadsheets šAbility to work independently and act as a strong team player šStrong problem-solving and analytical skills šAbility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment šPrior experience in a customer-facing support role is preferred
