Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Manage fund accounting activities, including net asset value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting. šŸ“Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. šŸ“Monitor fund performance and assist in preparing performance reports for clients and stakeholders. šŸ“Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. šŸ“Coordinate with custodians, auditors, and other service providers. šŸ“Assist in the preparation of fund documentation, including offering memoranda and subscription agreements. šŸ“Respond to investor inquiries and provide exceptional client service. šŸ“Support the investment team with data analysis and reporting. šŸ“Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the fund administration system.

Qualifications

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. šŸ“ years of experience in fund administration, accounting, or finance. šŸ“Strong knowledge of investment vehicles and fund structures. šŸ“Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. šŸ“Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. šŸ“Strong organizational and time-management abilities. šŸ“Ability to work independently and as part of a team. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
