Job Summary
Your role at Sparring
📍Assist our European teams in event organization, including coordinating speakers and logistics for in person events 📍Make graphic design changes to our Sales and Marketing assets and communicate with our Design team 📍Provide the Marketing team support such as copywriting for social posts and sales decks 📍Identify and research target companies for Sparring as potential leads and/or partners 📍Monitor and update the team regarding relevant events for community development and lead generation 📍Manage communications with some of our existing partners 📍Keep up with new social formats. 📍Maintenance of all social media channels ensuring all content.
Who are we looking for
📍We are looking for a proactive individual with: 📍strong communication skills, excellent organization and a professional approach. 📍A successful applicant will be a fast learner who is comfortable with working independently, and has a good eye for detail. 📍Fluent in speaking and writing in English. 📍Interpersonal skills required 📍Experience within sales support or event management in a startup (or at a law firm) is ideal but not a must.
