Qualifications:

📍2-5 years of work experience in Investor Relations department 📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. CAIA or CFA designation is a plus. 📍Previous experience in investor relations, client services, or related roles within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in hedge funds, venture funds or alternative investments. 📍Proven relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with investors, colleagues, and external stakeholders. 📍Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills 📍Excellent personnel, project management, and time management skills 📍Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, tech savvy 📍Attention to detail and concern for quantitative accuracy 📍Knowledgeable and passionate about blockchain/cryptocurrency technology a plus

Responsibilities:

📍Promptly and accurately address investor inquiries and requests. Actively participate in investor and prospective investor calls, providing insightful information and guidance. 📍Facilitate seamless processing of capital activity, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 📍Maintaining the firm’s CRM with investor information 📍Collaborate closely with the finance and marketing departments to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy. 📍Play an integral role in the due diligence process with both existing and prospective investors, providing comprehensive analysis and support. 📍Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions with investors and stakeholders. 📍Contribute to the ongoing improvement and refinement of investor relations processes and procedures. 📍Represent Pantera Capital with integrity and professionalism in all external communications and engagements. 📍Support Director of Investor Relations on strategic initiatives
