Job Summary
In this role you’ll:
📍Design and develop instructional content for our Academy, ranging from short, video-based microlearning modules to longer, multi-format certifications. 📍Collaborate with SMEs to gather and structure content that aligns with customer needs and learning objectives. 📍Leverage tools like Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Synthesia to create high-quality, scalable learning experiences. 📍Ensure all content is pedagogically sound, visually appealing, and adheres to accessibility standards. 📍Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness. 📍Assist in managing content delivery within our LMS (Thought Industries) and ensure a seamless user experience. 📍Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in instructional design, technology, and customer education.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
📍Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 📍Strong portfolio showcasing a range of instructional design projects, including video, text-based, and multimedia content. 📍Proficiency with Articulate Rise and/or Storyline; experience with Synthesia or similar tools is a plus. 📍Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Thought Industries is a bonus. 📍Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams. 📍A solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. 📍Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects at one time
