Responsibilities:

📍Initiate and nurture partnerships with relevant infrastructure partners 📍Effectively communicate the value of Aztec's technology stack to potential partners 📍Manage the initial stages of the partnership lifecycle, including relationship building, facilitating technical discussions (with the help of our Product/Engineering teams), and contract negotiations 📍Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership goals with the 2024 Aztec Labs roadmap 📍Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow mutually-beneficial industry relationships 📍Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, adapting strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the network 📍Explore and identify new partnership opportunities that align with Aztec's long-term decentralization goals 📍Contribute to Aztec's strategic direction by providing insights and feedback from the partnership perspective, influencing product development and prioritization 📍Represent Aztec at industry events

Qualifications:

📍This is a mid-to-senior level role (depending on the candidate). However, there is no degree requirement and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

📍The only important qualifications in this role are: 📍At least 3+ years of experience in a role where the candidate was able to identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities 📍Adaptability and flexibility 📍Effective time management and prioritization 📍Capacity to lead strategic planning and execution 📍Understanding of the Aztec technology stack and the relevant areas for partnership opportunities
