Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. šŸ“Screen candidate profiles and resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. šŸ“Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process. šŸ“Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. šŸ“Support pre-boarding activities and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. šŸ“Update and manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). šŸ“Assist in recruitment-related reporting and data management.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. šŸ“1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related functions. šŸ“Strong-bias for action šŸ“Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task. šŸ“Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment šŸ“Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity. "CAN-DOā€ attitude, good manners, strong passion, strong ownership, commitment, accountability, responsibility, and team player šŸ“Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. šŸ“Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. šŸ“Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. šŸ“Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. šŸ“Passion for creating a positive and vibrant work culture.
