We are looking for candidates to join the team of our new AA pc/console project. As Roof Stacks, we have implemented innovative projects since our establishment in 2015. Our mission is to become a global player in our areas of expertise that includes: tourism systems, augmented reality, game development and financial technology. While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. We have a talented art team that has been involved in large projects before and has been working together for a long time. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, šŸ“Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from application to offer, šŸ“Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and engage with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers to provide innovative and efficient hiring solutions, šŸ“Develop and execute global talent management strategies including talent reviews, career planning, succession planning, and rotation programs, šŸ“Lead, coach, and develop the HR Business Partner team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, šŸ“Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, especially within technology teams, providing insights and guidance on people-related matters, šŸ“Drive performance management processes and offer coaching to managers and employees, šŸ“Support organizational change and lead change management initiatives, šŸ“Work closely with senior leadership to identify workforce challenges and opportunities, šŸ“Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to the management team.

What We’re Looking For:

šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, šŸ“Proven experience working with technology teams, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, šŸ“Minimum 7 years of experience in managing HR Business Partners, šŸ“Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in IT roles, šŸ“Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams, šŸ“Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
