Our mission is to become a global player in our areas of expertise that includes: tourism systems, augmented reality, game development and financial technology. While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. We have a talented art team that has been involved in large projects before and has been working together for a long time. Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šManage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, šDeliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from application to offer, šBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines and engage with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, šCollaborate with hiring managers to provide innovative and efficient hiring solutions, šDevelop and execute global talent management strategies including talent reviews, career planning, succession planning, and rotation programs, šLead, coach, and develop the HR Business Partner team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, šAct as a strategic partner to business leaders, especially within technology teams, providing insights and guidance on people-related matters, šDrive performance management processes and offer coaching to managers and employees, šSupport organizational change and lead change management initiatives, šWork closely with senior leadership to identify workforce challenges and opportunities, šProvide regular and ad-hoc reporting to the management team.
What Weāre Looking For:
šBachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, šProven experience working with technology teams, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, šMinimum 7 years of experience in managing HR Business Partners, šHands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in IT roles, šStrong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams, šAdvanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
