Job Summary

What you will be working on

šŸ“Leading B2B acquisition, partner marketing and growth marketing strategies. šŸ“Leading a small team to identify where further resources are required as the business expands its products and moves into new geos. šŸ“Work in complete collaboration with Sales and Partner Success teams providing market intelligence, lead generation and lead qualification. šŸ“Monitoring and pushing sales activity across the board ensuring sales is on tract to targets and grabbing market potential. šŸ“Overseeing the development of compelling, high-quality marketing content, and product marketing and sales enablement assets. šŸ“Continuing to develop, finesse and champion a consistent brand voice and message across all our marketing channels. šŸ“Identifying and building campaigns around trending topics to amplify our reach. šŸ“Creating processes, templates and structure to execute on your strategies. šŸ“Communicating, coaching and sharing processes and best practices with a variety of other colleagues and teams. šŸ“Managing the workload of a large international marketing and PR agency and work closely with small internal design team. šŸ“Seting, tracking and forecasting the marketing budget. šŸ“Working closely with the business development sales team to create effective and creative acquisition campaigns. šŸ“Ensuring your team works closely with the customer success and product teams šŸ“Measuring and report on the performance of campaigns. šŸ“Planing and supporting the execution of drip campaigns, sponsored social media, web SEO/SEM and display advertising. šŸ“Planing and supporting the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns; including international events. šŸ“Taking responsibility for the website and continue to optimize its content and conversions.

What you will bring:

šŸ“7+ yearsā€™ experience in marketing within a hypergrowth SaaS or B2B tech product or service (this could be a Series A or B scale-up, for example). šŸ“Relevant Web3 and crypto experience and understanding highly valued. šŸ“Demonstrable experience in developing effective strategies for all marketing aspects (market intelligence, product market, branding, advertising campaigns, digital). šŸ“Experience in working with Sales CRMs (Salesforce or Hubspot). šŸ“Experience in managing an international team. šŸ“Ability to manage a budget efficiently and effectively. šŸ“Strong project and people management skills. šŸ“Evidence of success through a proven ability to drive awareness, market share and marketing qualified leads. šŸ“A good understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies and what motivates Web3 communities.
