Job Summary
Our client is making it's name known in the Brokerage/ WealthTech space, changing the landscape for consumer investments. They are looking for someone to build and lead their customer service team to ensure customers receive only the best experience with their platform.
Responsibilities: Spearhead the customer service team, driving exceptionally high standards exceeding customer expectations. Manage all customer service activities as it grows. Build functions, automations, dashboards to providing constant insight into customer experiences. Fore front a culture of customer empathy, partnership and growth. Maintain effective communication with software development team about technical issues and new products.
Requirements: A strong technical or coding background is a must. 6+ years of people management experience. Experience directly managing a customer service team, growing and scaling processes whilst maintaining top customer service quality. Experience in a relevant start-up/ scale-up. An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or another related field.
