Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Grow our base of active traders and grow the trading activity of existing/re-activated traders. 📍Strategise, develop and execute integrated growth marketing campaigns. 📍Specialize in planning, managing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns such as trading competitions or social media / community engagement campaigns. 📍Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and optimize campaign performance. 📍Manage the distribution of our own loyalty and utility token. 📍Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. 📍Continuously track status on all processes, deliverables, deadlines, results from planning phase until post mortem. 📍Manage & coordinate complex marketing campaigns with multiple involved internal and external stakeholders and dependencies and distribution through multiple channels. 📍Create and manage content calendars for projects and campaigns.
Qualifications
📍10+ years work experience in marketing, growth marketing or CRM of which at least 3 years within crypto trading, online brokers or gaming industry. 📍Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics and revenue generation. 📍Broad knowledge of an online customer journey, especially in crypto trading or gaming industry. 📍Experience in managing B2B2C and B2C user acquisition and user engagement campaigns like competitions and guerilla marketing campaigns. 📍Experience in social media marketing, product marketing lifecycle, growth marketing strategy and paid-promotion. 📍Highly organized and able to multitask, detail-oriented, data-driven with strong decision making skills. 📍Revenue-focused and entrepreneurial mindset 📍Skilled team manager that remains hands on and comfortable with execution and delivery.
