Your Impact
šStrategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our protocol staking services, aligning with global business objectives. šLead Generation and Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media) to drive user acquisition and retention. šContent Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, engaging content that educates and informs our audience about the benefits and mechanics of crypto staking. šMarket Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the crypto market. šCommunity Engagement: Foster and grow an active community of crypto enthusiasts and stakeholders through events, webinars, and online forums. šData-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, deriving actionable insights to continually refine and improve marketing strategies. šStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product developments and customer needs. šBrand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences, promoting our staking solutions and enhancing our presence in the crypto community.
Role Requirement
šExperience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with a focus on the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors. Prior experience in promoting staking products. šTechnical Proficiency: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto staking, decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems, and broader cryptocurrency ecosystem šAnalytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Posthog, Google Analytics, Tableau) to interpret data and guide decision-making. šCreativity: Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and innovative marketing campaigns. šCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience. šAdaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
