Job Summary
What you'll be doing
šFormulate and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire and retain customers, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives. šCollaborate with leadership and marketing peers to align field marketing strategies with overall business goals. šIdentify opportunities to promote Notabene's products and services in target regions. šCreate, manage, and execute localized marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, and community outreach programs. šDevelop, oversee, and implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to diverse customer segments, ensuring nuanced messaging and strategies that resonate with the unique needs and preferences of each audience. šWork closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads in target regions, ensuring alignment with sales goals. šUtilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators, monitor campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly. šPlan, coordinate, and oversee Notabene's event strategy, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event evaluation. šBuild relationships with partners, industry organizations, and associations to maximize marketing opportunities and co-promotions. šStay informed about industry trends, competition, and new opportunities in multiple regions. šDemonstrate excellent HubSpot skills (or similar tools) for seamless campaign execution and analytics. šAble to experiment and test different approaches to identify what works best.
What you'll bring
š5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, RegTech, Crypto, or a complex technical market. šExcels in marketing software and tools (Preferred HubSpot, Google Analytics, data visualization). šProven success in managing global growth marketing campaigns. šExperience in growth marketing, field marketing, event planning, or related roles. šExceptional project management and organizational skills. šCreative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. šStrong written and verbal communication skills. šData-driven and analytical, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. šAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. šWillingness to travel as needed.
