📍5+ years of relevant professional experience in growth, marketing, or a related field. 📍Strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem. 📍Familiarity with the needs, workflows, and pain points of a developer-focused audience. 📍Proven ability to write, test, and iterate on copy, creative assets, and distribution strategies. 📍Working knowledge of data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance. 📍Demonstrated experience scaling growth channels and driving revenue. 📍Comfortable engaging directly with decision makers to educate and onboard them onto a platform. 📍A systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution. 📍Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus.
