Key Responsibilities:

📍Audience Growth & Strategy: Strategically approach quality audience growth across key media channels. 📍Product Communication: Build and execute the communication roadmap for campaign launches while responding swiftly to key milestones. 📍Media & Influencer Relationships: Manage relationships with high-profile financial media, DeFi media, and influencers to boost brand visibility. 📍Institutional Media Strategy: Plan and execute growth strategies targeting institutional audiences. 📍KPI Tracking & Reporting: Plan, execute, and track KPIs from individual and team-wide growth activities. 📍Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create user growth strategies and tactics to achieve milestones and KPIs. 📍Team Expansion: Support team growth by coordinating the hiring plan and working with internal and external hiring resources. 📍User Loyalty: Develop creative ideas and strategies for user loyalty programs. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, product, engineering, and data analytics teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. 📍Crisis Communication: Assist in managing and addressing crisis communication when required.
