Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Own the Performance Marketing Strategy: 📍Develop and lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives in the US 📍Manage and oversee campaigns across different advertising activities across all media channels, including but not limited to Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
Requirements
📍8+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. 📍Familiarity with the U.S. market, including consumer behavior, financial regulations, and industry trends across crypto, stocks, derivatives and banking. 📍Deep platform expertise across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and mobile app user acquisition. 📍Proven success in managing millions acquisition budgets and scaling digital marketing for consumer fintech or crypto products.
