Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Conduct data analysis to track key performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates across our product. 📍Identify growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of user acquisition channels, user onboarding processes, and user engagement strategies. 📍Develop and implement A/B tests and experimentation strategies to optimize conversion funnels, increase user engagement, and drive growth. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align growth strategies with product development and marketing initiatives. 📍Utilize analytics tools and data visualization techniques to create reports, dashboards, and insights that inform decision-making and drive growth. 📍Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the Web3 space to identify new growth opportunities and best practices. 📍Drive continuous optimization of marketing campaigns, referral programs, and community engagement initiatives to maximize user acquisition and retention. 📍Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve user experience, product features, and overall growth strategies. 📍Stay informed about blockchain technologies, decentralized applications, and cryptocurrency trends to ensure relevance and innovation in growth strategies.
Requirements:
📍Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. 📍Proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a fast-paced tech environment, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain space. 📍Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and segmentation techniques. 📍Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. 📍Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth hacking techniques. 📍Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
