Job Summary

In this role, you will:

šŸ“Be accountable for key performance indicators of the reach and impact of your work šŸ“Serve as a key strategy partner to Product, Sales, and Success teams, defining and scoping new opportunities for our Enterprise offerings. šŸ“Execute technical competitive research to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the AI market landscape. šŸ“Scope and conduct data analyses in collaboration with data teams, identifying trends and opportunities. šŸ“Partner with product, sales, finance & rev ops, to deliver improvements that enhance the customer experience. šŸ“Continually synthesize learnings to foster high-impact connections across the organization. šŸ“Present your results and recommendations to leaders and facilitate decisions.

You might thrive in this role if you:

šŸ“Have 7+ years experience in growth, business operations, or another role that marries strategy, sales, data, and operations in tech, finance or consulting. šŸ“Have extensive experience in taking end-to-end ownership of large, ambiguous problems and breaking them down into clear, actionable plans. šŸ“Have a proven track record of leading cross functional projects with a broad set of stakeholders to success. šŸ“Have experience working with nimble early stage sales teams that focus on technical products. šŸ“Can context switch with ease and dynamically prioritize a portfolio of work. šŸ“Use tools like Excel, SQL and other BI tools (Mode, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
