Job Responsibilities

📍Implement and execute overall recruiting strategies 📍Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on appropriate internal and external recruitment platforms. 📍Proactively source and screen candidates using recruitment channels, databases, social media and any other platforms. 📍Conduct job interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter and shortlist suitable candidates. 📍Update recruitment status reports in various internal tracking platforms / listings. 📍Design and brainstorm new creative recruitment strategies as and when necessary to drive the recruitment numbers. 📍Participate in various recruitment drives / job fairs as and when required. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

📍Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or a similar relevant field 📍Speak Fluent English would be a bonus 📍Good communication and interpersonal skills 📍Ability to multitask and possess strong time management skills 📍Creative thinker and proactive problem solver 📍Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
