Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šRepresent the IMC brand externally to top global talent and convey our unique opportunities and company culture. šEnd-to-end recruitment for technology, options trading and business operations positions. You will take ownership of the entire candidate experience, from initial engagement through to assessment and offer stage, ensuring a swift process and outstanding candidate experience. šStay āahead of the curveā on emerging trends and the latest creative recruiting channels particularly among IMCās competitors for talent. šDevelop and maintain strong relationships with talent networks and agency partners šDevelop innovative recruitment strategies to reach new talent and drive data-driven decisions. šCollaborate across the globe and partner closely with the recruitment teams in Hong Kong, India, Amsterdam and Chicago to learn and share ideas and best practice.
Your Skills and Experience:
š5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc.) šEstablished networks and proven search ability šCuriosity and learning agility šMust be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills. šExperience working with organisations known for their forward-thinking talent practices and high bar for elite talent.
