Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šCompensation Strategy & Design šDevelop and manage a competitive compensation framework for all levels of the company, including base pay, bonuses, token grant programs, and incentive structures. šConduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent. šPartner with leadership to establish salary bands and pay structures across roles and levels, ensuring internal equity and alignment with the companyās goals. šSupport the design and administration of token-based compensation models, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness. šTotal Rewards Program Management šCreate and manage a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes benefits, wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and financial perks. šEvaluate and refine existing benefit offerings, introducing creative and meaningful solutions that align with employee needs and industry trends. šDevelop strategies for rewarding performance, including bonuses, spot awards, and other recognition programs. Equity/Token Administration šOversee the administration of equity compensation programs, including stock options and token grants, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. šPartner with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of equity-related activities. šEducate employees on the value and mechanics of their token compensation. šData Analysis & Insights šAnalyze and report on compensation data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. šPrepare and present insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decisions on pay strategies and rewards programs. šMonitor global trends in crypto and tech industries to refine the companyās rewards approach. šCompliance & Policy Management šEnsure compliance with local, state, and international regulations regarding compensation and benefits. šDevelop and maintain compensation and rewards policies, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values. šCollaborate with HR and legal teams to manage risks and align with global employment laws. šCollaboration & Communication šPartner with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align rewards strategies with company goals and objectives. šServe as a resource for employees, addressing questions about compensation, benefits, and rewards. šLead initiatives to communicate the total rewards philosophy, fostering transparency and understanding among employees.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. š5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR functions, ideally in a startup, tech, or crypto environment. šStrong understanding of compensation structures, equity programs, and market benchmarking. šFamiliarity with crypto/token-based compensation models is highly preferred. šProficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation benchmarking software. šExceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex rewards concepts into clear, employee-friendly language. šCertification in compensation or rewards (e.g., CCP or CEBS) is a plus.
