Job Summary
About the role
You will be working alongside the Openhedge team on Premia Finance and other projects We will expect you to lead overall Front End development of the project We will expect you to work closely with other departments such as Design, QA, Operations, and Marketing to successfully execute the implementation, testing and deployment of new features You will design, scope and estimate complex features at the component level You will identify and advocate for team-wide areas of improvement and best practices You will be expected to mentor other team members to refine their technical and architectural skills
What we expect
Team Management (task assignment, organization, communication, leading sprints/stand-ups, etc.) Strong React.js You have lead a team previously, no matter how small or large You have more than 5 years of experience in shipping great products You have shipped some web3 products previously Experience working with GraphQL You are able to build modern, event-driven React front ends, converting Figma designs into functional components Mastery of CSS, preferably via a library like MaterialUI Experience with version control, such as Git Nice to have: previous experience with web3.js or ethers.js libraries
