Responsibilites
šLead and manage the Founder's Office team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture šCollaborate very closely with the Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to the company's growth and market expansion šAbility to work across functional areas and geographies e.g. Market entry strategy for a country, Building a customer success team, Marketing strategy execution for a key region / channel šOversee the execution of various projects and initiatives across different departments, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and successful delivery of key business objectives šFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving approaches to drive business success and operational excellence.
