Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with the company's objectives and growth trajectory. šManage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. šConduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. šProvide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on financial matters, risk management, and investment opportunities. šOversee financial audits, tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations. šCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business initiatives, product development, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. šStrong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis. šDeep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency / web3 industry. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives. šDemonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of driving results, managing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
