Job Summary
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
📍Verifying, processing and coding local and overseas vendor invoices in Netsuite in a timely and accurate manner
📍Resolving or escalating any discrepancies or issues ahead of payment due date
📍Processing weekly payment runs
📍Updating and maintaining the vendor database in a timely manner
📍Managing the reconciliations of our company cards (Weel)and ensuring correct allocation to the general ledger
📍Managing staff expense claims through Netsuite
📍Regularly reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
📍Assist with month end close, including but not limited to, expense accruals, prepayments, general ledger reconciliation and statement reconciliation
📍Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered and ensuring payments are received promptly
📍Provide support during internal and external audits
📍Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in current finance processes to increase efficiency
To be successful you will have:
📍Demonstrated experience in a finance role in a fast-paced, commercial environment 📍Experience with Netsuite is highly desired, but not essential 📍A passion for delivering a high level of service to all stakeholders, with a customer-focused, can-do attitude 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication > 📍High-level problem-solving skills, demonstrating adeptness in identifying issues, thinking creatively and recommending solutions 📍A detailed-orientated approach, showing great care and attention within all aspects of work
