Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šEvent Planning Support: Help the Global Events team plan timelines, manage budgets, and handle logistics. šAgency and Vendor Coordination: Work with international vendors, venues, and suppliers to lock in event details and ensure everything runs smoothly. šMarketing & Communications: Pitch in with pre-event promotional campaigns, like email marketing, social media, and event-related communication. šAttendee & Post-Event Management: Assist with attendee registration, gather feedback, compile data, and help create post-event reports. šResearch: Stay on top of global event trends, such as new technologies, sustainability practices, and hybrid event formats.
Skills and Qualifications
šCurrently working on a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. šStrong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills. šProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus. šResearch skills to stay informed on industry trends (event tech, sustainability, hybrid event formats). šBasic knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, including social media and email marketing.
