Job Summary
Event Support:
📍Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, such as conferences, webinars, and client events. 📍Work with the Events Manager on sourcing venues, vendors, and materials. 📍Coordinate event-related meetings, calls, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met. 📍Support attendee and speaker registration, communications, and updates. 📍Liaise with marketing on event materials, branding, and design. 📍Assist with event setup, display management, and teardown to create an attractive and inviting space. 📍Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
Operations Support:
📍Assist with general office operations 📍Serve as the primary point of contact for building management 📍Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office communications 📍Maintain the company intranet 📍Ad-hoc projects at the direction of the Chief of Staff 📍Assist with support of corporate access clients; coordinate meetings, calls, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
