Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šFocuses on supporting LEās (Large Enterprises), Sales Unit to acquire new merchants (onboarding operations, coordination with cross-functional teams such as; Risk, Legal, Compliance & Marketing). šCoordinate and assure NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and contracts, signed up by potential and acquired merchants. šDesign and update onboarding presentations according to merchant operational needs. šKeep updated the merchantās pipeline process document. šGenerates specific reports in order to support decision making in the onboarding process. šFollow-up on all the activities between marketing and commercial area keeping a clear agenda of the projects in process. šAccounts set up and configuration process: šAccountable of Sales Force CRM management, coordinate other areas, such as legal, compliance Risk & Marketing šAssure proper Mockups including the correct PayPal products for each pipeline project. šProvide proper training to the team responsible of merchant account management. Assure to have proper NL welcome for each LTS šResponsible to have proper Hand Over documents for farming teams. šResponsible to have Sales Tools updated; Commercial PPTās, Compliance & Legal documents.
Requirements:
šGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. šCapable of building and presenting structured presentations. šPassionate about learning, problem solving and team work. šFlexible and adaptable to change. šPossess interpersonal skills to be persistent and with a supportive attitude. šExcellent communicator across all position levels, (both verbally and written).
