Job Summary
What will you be doing?
📍 Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to-end at all levels 📍Partner up with team leaders in order to build their teams’ wellbeing holistic plan & consult on employee experience issues. 📍Keep up with (global) events, occasions, holidays, and trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, etc. 📍Take care of employees’ general wellbeing, which includes welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts and recognitions. 📍Collaborate with both internal and external teams for the best possible outcomes. 📍Manage social media channels and other platforms to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories. 📍Analyze relevant data and use it to make strategic decisions and improvements. 📍Coordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve eToro as a top employer to potential candidates 📍This role is a 6 month replacement for maternity leave (this might be extended according to company needs)
REQUIREMENTS
📍At least 2-4 years experience as an Employee Experience Expert 📍A qreative mindset, ability to create new fun activities from scratch 📍At least 2-4 years experience as an Employee Experience Expert 📍Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events 📍Proven involvement in the High-Tech industry 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍High-level English (verbal and written) 📍Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-point 📍Service oriented, pleasant and accessible
