Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Serve as the primary point of contact for the existing and prospective ecosystem builders in Nigeria. šŸ“Provide ongoing support to builders, addressing any technical, operational, or strategic issues they may encounter. šŸ“Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with builders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. šŸ“Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with ecosystem builders to track progress and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. šŸ“Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startup ecosystem builders and developers in Nigeria and neighboring markets. šŸ“Deliver comprehensive market research mapping out regional accelerators, enablement programs, founder hubs and other developer community programs. šŸ“Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the blockchain space. šŸ“Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective ecosystem builders, leveraging networking events, conferences, and industry contacts. šŸ“Develop and present compelling value propositions and partnership proposals to potential ecosystem builders. šŸ“Support in negotiating partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Aptosā€™ strategic goals. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure ecosystem builders have the resources and support needed to succeed. šŸ“Assist ecosystem builders in integrating and utilizing Aptosā€™ blockchain solutions effectively. šŸ“Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote Aptos and engage with the community. šŸ“Gather and share feedback from ecosystem builders to inform product development and improve the overall partner experience.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. šŸ“1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or ecosystem management, preferably in the tech industry. Web3/blockchain experience is a plus. šŸ“Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem in Nigeria/West Africa. šŸ“Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships. šŸ“Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. šŸ“Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. šŸ“Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more regional languages is a plus. šŸ“Willingness to travel within the African continent as needed.
